Bomb Biscuit Co. is a Black-owned, woman-owned Southern biscuit shop located in Atlanta's historic Old Fourth Ward. Founded by chef Erika Council in 2016, the business began as a pop-up Sunday Supper dinner series and evolved into a beloved brick-and-mortar establishment.

The restaurant offers a warm, homey atmosphere with butter-yellow walls and framed family photos, reminiscent of Council's grandmother's kitchen. The menu features a variety of handmade biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, and comforting Southern classics, including the Glori-Fried Chicken Biscuit, Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit, and OG Cinnamon Roll.
